La bellissima Venezia

After a short 1h train ride, I arrived in Venice... There is no doubt that Venice is one of the most beautiful cities in the world however, in my opinion, the hoards of tourists and the souvenir shops every 10 meters take away from the authenticity of the city. 

I stayed at the cool Generator hostel, ideally located near Zitelle only two vaporetto stops from San Marco. Hostels often lack personality but certainly not Generator. I really liked the edgy design and cosy vibe of the hostel. The dorms were spotless and my bed was surprisingly extremely confortable.
